SUCCESS STORY: SEATTLE UNIVERSITY

Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry offers a range of very specific graduate, degree and certificate programs. They wanted to drive enrollment in these programs, and turned to The Seattle Times Media Solutions for help.

We built out and executed a multimedia strategy which included search engine marketing, video pre-roll, connected TV, programmatic display and Facebook advertising. We also ran print ads in The Seattle Times Advance Course special section, which targets readers interested in higher learning and postgraduate study. Our staff and Seattle University Marketing Director Karen Fujii worked as one cohesive team, nimbly adjusting creative and strategic direction as needed throughout the year.

Results: Total website traffic increased 8.42 percent and site visits from new users increased by 16.88 percent, year over year. The School of Theology and Ministry achieved increased visibility in the market with over 4.7 million impressions served, increased website engagement from 4,845 clicks to the site and overall, a 50.59% increase in visits to their application site.
